We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat — providing accurate and timely information. Assist customers with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and excursions. Provide information on travel insurance and package options. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on travel destinations, tour packages, and travel advisories. Process booking changes, refunds, and travel vouchers as needed. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bangla. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates fluent in English and Hindi). 0–2 years of experience in a reputed organization. (Experience in Travel Agencies or BPOs preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.) Good understanding of CRM tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
