Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall CRM operations and team
• Ensure proper maintenance and management of customer database
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with sales, call center, and customer support teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and critical issues
• Monitor CRM system usage and improve operational processes
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
Experience:
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Operations
• Proven experience in team leadership is mandatory
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
• Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
