Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities: ➤ Maintain regular communication with CMs and internal teams ➤ Provide support to field employees regarding app usage and technical issues ➤ Review and verify collected data images to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance ➤ Identify operational or technical issues and report them to the Developer Team ➤ Handle customer and field-related queries professionally and efficiently ➤ Ensure smooth coordination between field teams and office operations
