Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, social media, and WhatsApp regarding premium fashion products.
• Provide detailed information about product quality, sizing, and the cash-on-delivery process.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with the delivery team.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
• Assist in the quality check process to ensure 100% product standards before shipping.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer handling or e-commerce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English are required.
• Applicants should be highly organized, responsible, and have a positive learning attitude.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and order management systems is essential.
• Female candidates who are ready to join immediately will be given high preference.
