• Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing customers related to the client’s business
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service to callers
• Understand customer needs and resolve queries professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Follow company policies and call center procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally
• Previous call center or customer service experience will be an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts if required
• Basic computer knowledge
