Key Responsibilities: ➤ Maintain regular communication with CMs and internal teams ➤ Provide support to field employees regarding app usage and technical issues ➤ Review and verify collected data images to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance ➤ Identify operational or technical issues and report them to the Developer Team ➤ Handle customer and field-related queries professionally and efficiently ➤ Ensure smooth coordination between field teams and office operations Educational Qualification: BBA / Honors in any discipline Additional Requirements: ◑ Strong verbal and written communication skills ◑ Basic understanding of mobile applications ◑ High attention to detail, especially in data and image verification ◑ Prior customer service experience will be considered an advantage
