Job Description / Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Record call details and update CRM systems as needed
• Work closely with the team and supervisors to meet quality benchmarks
Employment Details
• Employment Status: Full Time
• Work Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
• Weekend Holiday: Saturday & Sunday
Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work in the night shift
• Must speak English fluently
• Excellent communication skills
• Patience and the ability to engage customers in conversation
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software
