Experience No experience required Educational Requirements • O Level • A Level • Bachelor Degree • IELTS band score 6.0 • Must be able to speak fluently in English Job Description / Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Record call details and update CRM systems as needed • Work closely with the team and supervisors to meet quality benchmarks Employment Details • Employment Status: Full Time • Work Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday • Weekend Holiday: Saturday & Sunday Additional Requirements • Only males are allowed to apply • Must be able to work in the night shift • Must speak English fluently • Excellent communication skills • Patience and the ability to engage customers in conversation • Working knowledge of relevant computer software • Ability to handle rejection and stress while communicating with customers Ideal Candidate Profile • Confident and professional in communication • Customer-focused and solution-oriented • Able to work under pressure • Team player with a positive attitude
