We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Male Only)
Company: Toffpark
Job Type: Full‑Time
Working Days: 6 days a week
Job Location: Mirpur‑6, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders and support sales growth
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams when required
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer support or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Educational Qualification: HSC or equivalent
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: Negotiable
• Two Eid bonuses per year (after completion of 6 months)
