Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and efficient solutions to customer queries.
• Maintain accurate support records and documentation.
• Assist clients with software setup and configuration.
• Coordinate effectively with the technical team.
• Travel outside Dhaka for official assignments if required (travel allowance applicable).
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science/IT.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in IT tools and software; proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferences: Candidates residing near Badda will be given preference.
• Availability: Must be willing to join immediately.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: BDT 8,000 per month.
• Benefits: Tea and snacks provided; travel allowance for out-of-Dhaka assignments; opportunity for permanent employment upon successful internship completion.
