Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support service

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally and calmly
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Responsible, sincere, and service-oriented
