Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily station operations
• Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place
• Cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
• Support menu development and testing activities
• Train, guide, and supervise Commis chefs
• Ensure food safety standards are strictly followed
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen preferred
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Team player with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
