Highly Preference to sales experience on Plot or Flat; Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate present market scenario; Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution; Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal; Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan; Must have self-motivated and dynamic; Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG; Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
