Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms. • Monitor and allocate ad budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall sales performance. • Analyze campaign, sales, and customer data to improve conversion rates and revenue. • Collaborate with the creative team to test and scale high-performing ad creatives. • Identify growth opportunities across websites, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces. • Plan and manage campaign calendars, including promotional, flash sale, and seasonal campaigns. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. • Competencies: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making ability. • Preferred: Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplace marketing. • Note: This is a full-time, on-site role. We prioritize skill-based hiring regardless of educational background. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 25,000 – 30,000 per month. • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekend: Friday).
