Executive, Business Development and Sales

I CAR JAPAN, a global car exporting business based in Toyama, Japan with operations in over 25 countries and 10+ international offices, is hiring for the position of Executive, Business Development and Sales at its Dhaka office in Rampura Banasree. This is a full-time role with a monthly salary ranging from BDT 18,000 to 25,000, depending on the assigned market. The selected candidates will work Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, aligned with overseas market hours. The responsibilities include communicating with international clients via phone and digital media, sending stock lists, handling emails, searching and registering new clients, telesales, after-sales support, product promotions, corporate sales planning, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must possess strong English communication and negotiation skills, be team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn. A Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Marketing) is required, and experience in sales, marketing, or client services is preferred but not mandatory.
