Position • Executive, Telesales & Customer Support Vacancy • 02 Gender • Only Female can apply Job Location • Merul Badda, Dhaka, Opposite of BRAC University, New Campus Key Responsibilities • Communicate with customers over phone calls and online platforms • Handle customer queries and support requests professionally • Follow up with existing customers regularly • Generate sales through phone communication • Assist customers with product information and order support • Coordinate with the delivery and operations team when necessary • Maintain positive customer relationships • Help improve customer experience and encourage repeat orders • Maintain proper communication records as required by the company Education Requirements • At least HSC pass • University running students can also apply Experience • At least 6 months of experience in Telesales / Outbound Call / Customer Support will get preference Skills & Qualities • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone usage • Customer-friendly and polite attitude • Good communication and listening skills • Comfortable talking over phone calls regularly • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work in a desk-based onsite role Salary • BDT 12,000 – 15,000 per month Additional Benefits • Mobile bill support • Sales incentive • Friendly working environment • Career growth opportunities Working Time Office Time • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend • 1 day per week
