Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all customers visiting Kavazo. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service Manage in-store customer interactions in a polite and efficient manner Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service Maintain a positive and welcoming environment Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally Support sales and service flow during peak hours Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Minimum HSC accepted) Minimum 1.5–3 years of experience in customer service Exceptional communication skills in English Positive attitude and strong teamwork ability Ability to work in roster-based shifts Salary & Benefits: Salary: BDT 16,000 – 22,000 Weekly 1 day off Roster-based duty shifts How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their CV: Email: jobs.kavazo@gmail.com WhatsApp: +8801332521523.
