Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily and monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and track employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations. • Ensure full compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding payroll and HR practices. • Prepare salary sheets, payslips, and comprehensive payroll reports. • Handle employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies. • Assist in recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee documentation. • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. • Coordinate with the accounts and management teams for payroll and HR-related matters. • Support HR audits and ensure all compliance requirements are met. • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Accounting, or a relevant field. (Relevant training or certification in HR/Payroll is an added advantage). • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in payroll and HR functions within the garments industry is highly preferred. • Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and HR practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software is essential. • Competencies: Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
