Job Details
Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information; Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests; Handle visitors in a proper and polite manner; Cooperate with the employees of all departments; Update and maintain information and program tracking; Keep a record of visitors with name, address & contact number; Maintain log for all incoming and outgoing letters/emails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff/persons; Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department; Identify patient correctly by name, Hospital ID and age/ Date of birth for Delivery Report; Ensure the accountability for the safekeeping of the report float; Provide information to the patients regarding medical report services of the Hospital; Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
