Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Experience: • At least 5–7 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities • Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency • Conduct line balancing, capacity planning, and workflow optimization • Monitor productivity and support achievement of production targets • Prepare IE reports, operation breakdowns, and time studies • Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste • Support implementation of process improvement initiatives • Ensure proper use of resources in line with company standards Compensation & Benefits • Compensation and other benefits as per company policy
