Key Responsibilities: • Visit assigned markets regularly to ensure product availability at retail shops and outlets. • Monitor product visibility, placement, and display conditions to maintain merchandising standards. • Supervise the activities of Sales Representatives (SRs) or assigned sales personnel to ensure store visits and active product offering. • Identify reasons for product unavailability and gather market feedback on customer accessibility. • Report findings, operational issues, and market insights to the sales management team for corrective action. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in General Trade (GT) or sales, preferably in the skincare or FMCG industry. • Technical Skills: Previous experience in sales auditing is considered an added advantage. • Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Must possess strategic thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and high self-motivation. • Mobility: Must have the ability and willingness to travel extensively across all regions of Bangladesh.
