Employment Status Full-time Department Planning We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive - Planning for the Planning Department. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Woven Garments Industry and be capable of handling production planning, order follow-up, reporting, and cross-functional coordination efficiently. Job Responsibilities • Prepare and monitor daily production planning and line allocation • Follow up buyer orders and maintain shipment plans • Analyze production targets, capacity, and efficiency • Maintain coordination with Merchandising, Production, IE, Store, and Commercial teams • Update and follow up the T&A (Time & Action) Calendar • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports • Identify delays, bottlenecks, and production risks and report to management • Maintain ERP and Excel-based planning data • Present planning status in production meetings Educational Requirements • Bachelor Degree / Textile background • Candidates with Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) background will get preference Experience Requirements • 5–7 years of experience in the Planning Department of Woven Garments Industry Additional Requirements • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email communication • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Good understanding of the garment production process Salary Negotiable Note Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
