𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Generate quality sales leads through calls, referrals, networking, walk-ins, and available databases. • Ensure systematic and timely follow-up of all leads to convert inquiries into bookings. • Arrange, coordinate, and attend client and project/site visits. • Present project details clearly, including location advantages, pricing, payment schedules, and company policies. • Conduct negotiations with clients and close sales in line with approved company terms. • Handle booking processes and related documentation until confirmation. • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and bookings, and submit regular reports. • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining professional conduct and ethical sales practices. • For Assistant Manager: Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales team’s daily activities, calling discipline, follow-ups, and performance; handle key clients and guide team members toward closing.
