Executive – Welfare

Key Responsibilities: ▪ Ensure overall worker welfare, health, and safety in compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 & amendments ▪ Maintain regular communication with workers to identify grievances and welfare-related issues ▪ Coordinate with HR, Compliance, Production, and Management for welfare initiatives ▪ Support buyer audits, social compliance audits, and inspections ▪ Assist in accident reporting, medical coordination, and documentation ▪ Monitor working conditions through regular floor visits ▪ Ensure proper display of labor law notices and worker rights information
