Role Overview:
Zayan Mart is looking for a dynamic and experienced Facebook Page Moderator (Male) to manage their online presence, engage with customers, and maintain our digital platforms efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and moderate the official Facebook page, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and delivery with professionalism.
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure all information is current.
• Monitor online traffic and engage with the audience to increase brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to process orders generated through social media.
Requirements:
• Education: At least a Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media moderation or digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Facebook Page management tools and basic website maintenance.
• Gender: Male only.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• Attributes: Must be patient, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: Tk. 20,000 – 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
