Position: 01 Nurse (Female) Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing/Midwifery from a Govt. recognized institution. Skills: • Strong understanding of first aid and emergency care. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and efficiency. • Good communication skills in [language, e.g., Bengali and English]. • Proficiency in maintaining medical records. Responsibilities & Context: • Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed. • Administer basic treatments and medications under the supervision of a Medical Officer or independently. • Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain accurate health records for employees. • Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs to promote workplace wellness. • Coordinate with hospitals or clinics in case of critical emergencies requiring advanced care. • Educate employees on health-related topics, including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention. • Ensure medical equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked. • Comply with all legal and company-specific health and safety regulations. Experience: Minimum 2 years in garments factory.
