Position: Female Tele Sales Officer Job Type Full-Time (Office Job) Location 162, Lake Circus, Kalabagan, Mirpur Road, Dhaka-1205 Age Requirement 25 – 32 years Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. • Reply to customer messages on online platforms such as Messenger, WhatsApp, and other channels. • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers. • Explain products properly and close sales effectively. • Ensure excellent customer service and proper follow-up. • Prepare daily and weekly reports when required. • Work under pressure and achieve sales targets. • Present products through video if required. • Maintain strong customer relationships. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company when needed. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience is preferred. • Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they are confident and eager to learn. • Smart, confident personality and presentable appearance for content creation. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Minimum Graduation completed. • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers over phone and online platforms.
