Takeout Ltd. is Hiring! Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Intern. The role involves supporting daily finance operations, assisting with financial reporting and documentation, maintaining financial records, preparing invoices and vouchers, data entry, and contributing to various finance-related projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks. Support financial data entry, documentation, and record-keeping activities. Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial reports. Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and databases accurately. Support budgeting, expense tracking, and reconciliation processes. Assist in payroll-related documentation and payment processing activities. Coordinate with different departments and visit company branches frequently to support finance operations. Help ensure proper filing and compliance of financial documents and records. Contribute ideas for process improvement and finance-related initiatives. Perform any other tasks or assignments as instructed by Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
