Fire & Safety Executive

Job Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards. Implement and monitor fire prevention and safety management systems in the factory. Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety inspections, and internal audits. Maintain and update fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, emergency lights, exits, etc.). Organize and conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and safety training for employees. Prepare and maintain all fire & safety documentation, records, and reports. Coordinate with government authorities, inspectors, and auditors (Fire Service, DIFE, Accord/Alliance or buyer audits if applicable). Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Fire Service rules, and labor laws. Support management during buyer, compliance, and certification audits. Promote a strong safety culture among workers and staff.
