Role Overview
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Executive (Female) to serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Excellence
Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain a polished, organized, and professional reception area.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments.
Client Engagement & Business Support
Execute structured telephone and email outreach campaigns.
Research, maintain, and analyze client and prospect databases.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and prospects.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
Candidate Profile
Education: Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree (ongoing acceptable).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Professional poise, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Previous experience in front desk, client-facing, or hospitality roles preferred.
