Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments. • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and guests. • Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure the area remains organized. • Manage appointments and schedules effectively to ensure smooth operations. • Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned by the management. Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum: Educational background suitable for administrative and front desk roles. • Must have good communication skills in both Bangla and English. • Candidate must have a presentable and professional attitude. • Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email handling is required. • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory for this position.
