Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and professional welcome. • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. • Provide exceptional hospitality and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly. • Maintain front desk records and documentation. • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. • Experience: Prior experience in the hotel industry or customer service is preferred. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word); familiarity with Hotel Management Software (PMS) is an advantage. • Attributes: Pleasant personality, strong multitasking abilities, and a guest-centric mindset. • Availability: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night).
