In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and vensuring a warm and professional welcome while efficiently managing frot office operations. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer sevice and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, routing inquiries to the relevant departments. Maintain an organized front office area, including managing sohedules appointments, and office supplies. Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence and docurments. Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations andensure a smooth workflow. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Required: 2+ years of experience in receptionist/reservation (Hotel/Resorts) or customer care role is must. Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospitality/English/Business preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
