Maintenance: Perform routine site audits, updates, and maintenance to ensure peak performance. Quality Assurance: Debug and test web applications across various browsers to ensure quality and cross-platform functionality. Optimization: Implement web security best practices and optimize sites for speed and mobile responsiveness. Analytics: Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rates, etc.). Security: Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security protocols. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, content creators, and stakeholders to define project specifications. Business Development: Conduct client outreach via LinkedIn, email, and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) to secure new projects. Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a relevant field. Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Back-End: Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Ruby) and API integration. Data & Versioning: Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SQL for data querying, and Git for version control. Deployment: Basic understanding of deployment platforms (Vercel, Netlify, or AWS). Communication: Excellent English communication skills Compensation & Benefits Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 BDT per month (negotiable based on skills and performance).
