Educational Qualification: Honours (Bachelor’s Degree) Experience Required: 4–5+ years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry Job Responsibilities: Manage full QC cycle of the factory, including sample control and material follow-up Monitor in-house production status and material testing Organize PP meetings, cutting permissions, inspections, reporting, and record keeping Train and guide quality & production personnel to maintain required quality standards Ensure strict compliance with buyer specifications throughout production Conduct in-line, in-process, sewing, finishing, and packing inspections Monitor overall quality control process of the assigned factory Perform final inspection and ensure product quality compliance Lead and train factory GPQ team Act as the key responsible person for quality control from buyer side Report quality issues to vendor and top management Submit final inspection reports to buying house, factory, and management Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fabrics, wash, shade, garment measurement, and AQL system Understanding of QC systems, QMS, TOM, QC tools, SS Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Good communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to make decisions and handle quality issues effectively Application Process: Interested candidates should send their CV to: 📧 skranarrrr910@gmail.com 📧 rsoutfit.pvt.ltd@gmail.com 📱 WhatsApp: +8801725307568 (HR & Admin) Application Deadline: 18-05-2026 to 02-06-2026
