Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full QC cycle, including sample control, material in-house status, testing, PP meetings, cutting permissions, and inspection reporting. • Train and educate quality and production personnel, and directly lead the factory GPQ team. • Perform in-line, in-process (sewing, finishing, packing), and final inspections to ensure end-product quality. • Monitor and implement buyer work manuals and quality standards throughout the production process. • Maintain strict control over cutting, sewing, and finishing quality. • Highlight quality issues to vendor management and top management, and submit final inspection reports to buying houses and stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum Honours degree. • Experience: 04–05+ years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry. • Technical Skills: Expertise in fabrics, wash, shade, garments measurement, AQL systems, QMS, TQM, QC tools, and statistical reporting. • Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills. • Location: Must be interested in working at the Sreepur, Gazipur location.
