Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complete jacket/outerwear production operations. • Achieve production targets with optimum efficiency, quality standards, and manpower utilization. • Implement effective line balancing, capacity planning, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvements. • Monitor and control SMV, productivity, and DHU levels. • Manage complex processes including heavy fabric operations, quilting, padding, washing, and finishing. • Coordinate cross-functionally with IE, QA, Maintenance, Merchandising, and Planning teams. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Quick Changeover (QCO) and lean manufacturing. • Ensure strict compliance with buyer requirements, safety standards, and quality protocols. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Textile, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution (DUET, KUET, RUET, BUTEX graduates preferred). • Experience: Minimum 12 years of practical experience in woven garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role handling jacket/outerwear production. • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in puffer jackets, denim jackets, technical outerwear, or heavy woven garments. • Competencies: Advanced knowledge of SMV calculation, lean manufacturing, line balancing, and ISO-based QMS. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
