Proven leadership experience in manufacturing and garments or textile industry. Broad expertise in managing internal stakeholders and activities such as strategic change and transformation needs, drive and amplify positive impacts in culture, engagement, workforce planning, talent management and retention, organizational development and growth, partnering with factory HR teams, analysis data and propose interventions for driving informed management decisions.
