Position: Head of Sales & Growth Company Name: Inmotion – Trade International Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (As per company headquarters) Job Summary: Inmotion – Trade International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales & Growth to lead the E-Commerce sales division. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth by leveraging customer data, strengthening customer care operations, expanding order basket size, and building a high-performing sales team through strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Growth & Strategy: Utilize existing customer databases to maximize lifetime value, increase average order size, and develop loyalty-focused sales initiatives. • Team Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and develop the Customer Care and Sales Team. Conduct training on product knowledge, SOPs, and upselling techniques. • Operational Excellence: Prepare duty rosters, monitor staff grooming/behavior, and ensure operational discipline and punctuality. • Customer Care Management: Oversee complaint handling, escalation management, and implement continuous service improvements based on customer feedback. • Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with Marketing and HR departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental collaboration. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is preferred. • Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales leadership or growth management. • Skills: Expertise in Training & Development, Team Building, Negotiation, and Customer-Focused Marketing.
