Job Responsibilities • Explain the process clearly to customers • Guide customers on how to pay internet bills • Maintain necessary paperwork and records • Attend customer calls and provide support • Perform online marketing activities as per company direction Requirements • Minimum H.S.C Pass • Experienced candidates will be prioritized, but freshers are also encouraged to apply • Must be honest, disciplined, and responsible in the workplace • Should be able to communicate properly with customers • Must be willing to work in online marketing as instructed • 10-hour scheduled duty • Must be prepared to work extra hours if required by the company Salary & Benefits • Salary: Discussion-based for experienced candidates • Fresh candidates: BDT 10,000 – 12,000 • Monthly off: 3 days • Festival bonus: 2 times yearly • Yearly increment
