Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews. Maintain and update employee records and documentation. Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. Ensure a smooth communication flow between management and team members. Maintain attendance and basic HR tracking sheets using MS Excel or Google Sheets. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Must be smart, presentable, and responsible.
