Salary Range BDT 60,000 – 70,000 (Depending on Experience) Reporting To Executive Director Key Responsibilities • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination • Manage performance appraisal and employee development initiatives • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company regulations • Support organizational development and workforce planning • Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR documentation Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant discipline • 6–8 years of relevant HR experience • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role • Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR best practices • Prior experience in automotive, distribution, import, or trading industry will be an advantage • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with top management Ideal Profile • Smart, mature, and professional • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability • Capable of handling confidential matters with integrity • Proactive, organized, and people-focused
