Job Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise overall hub operations efficiently • Monitor parcel receiving, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities • Lead and coordinate hub staff to ensure smooth daily operations • Maintain operational records and prepare daily performance reports • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards • Resolve operational issues and customer service concerns promptly • Coordinate with other hubs and departments to improve service quality Experience: • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in courier, logistics, supply chain, or related operations • Experience in team management will be an added advantage Requirements: • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Good communication and team coordination abilities • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting • Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
