Job Details
Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance & leave management. Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Monitor and support employee performance, training, and development. Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution. Coordinate with factory management for manpower planning and workforce management. Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports as required. Liaise with government labor departments and relevant authorities when needed. Documentation preparation and maintain for SEDEX certification.
