Key Responsibilities: • Visit project sites to analyze space availability and specific design requirements. • Attend client meetings to understand design needs, style preferences, and color palettes. • Create initial design sketches, themes, and conceptual frameworks based on requirements. • Prepare high-quality 3D models and realistic renders based on conceptual designs. • Develop detailed working drawings for on-site execution and material selection. • Monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and oversee the purchasing of raw materials. • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and manage project costing from concept to handover. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). • Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the Interior Design industry. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 2D Presentation, and 3D Animation. • Age: 25 to 40 years (Only Male candidates are encouraged to apply). • Soft Skills: Strong project management, visionary design approach, and the ability to merge client demands with standard design grammar.
