Responsibilities • Visit project sites to analyze space availability and design requirements • Attend client meetings to understand design needs, style preferences, and color schemes • Create initial design sketches, themes, and concepts based on project requirements • Prepare 3D models and high-quality renders based on conceptual designs • Prepare detailed working drawings for project execution • Select materials according to approved 3D design concepts • Obtain client approval for design proposals and material selection • Track project progress and ensure quality control during execution • Oversee the purchasing of raw materials and other required items • Ensure timely completion and handover of projects • Coordinate with team members and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain design standards, costing accuracy, and execution quality from concept to final delivery Employment Type • Full-time Workplace • Work at Office Educational Requirements • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Experience Requirements • 2 to 5 years of experience • Experience in the Interior Design industry is required Additional Requirements • Age 25 to 40 years • Visionary approach to building a career in interior design • Ability to merge client demands with standard design grammar • Deep knowledge of contemporary materials and market availability • Good presentation skills, both graphically and physically • Strong project management skills from design concept to handover • Teamwork experience is mandatory • Sound knowledge of BOQ and project costing • Only Male candidates Skills & Expertise • 2D Presentation • 3D Animation • SketchUp • Lumion • Enscape or equivalent software • D5 Render Compensation & Other Benefits • Provident Fund (PF) • T/A • Mobile Bill • Salary Review: Yearly • Festival Bonus: 2 • Career Growth Opportunity
