Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–5 Years Salary: BDT 30,000 per month Vacancy: 03 Persons Job Responsibilities: As an Interior Designer & 3D Visualization Expert, your core duties will include: Design & Visualization: Creating high-end interior 3D designs, realistic rendering, and advanced 3D modeling. Technical Documentation: Preparing accurate 2D layouts, working drawings, and architectural site measurement collections. Project Planning: Conducting Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, material selection, furniture layout, and space planning. Client Management: Participating in first meetings with clients to collect design requirements, present design revisions, and deliver project presentations. Team Coordination: Coordinating closely with the project management and execution teams on-site to ensure design accuracy during construction. Required Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following technical and soft skills: Software Expertise: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Enscape. Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in site measurement, 2D drafting, and BOQ making. Communication: Strong interpersonal and client communication skills. Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a portfolio including your interior animation video(s).
