Key Responsibilities: • Develop interior 3D designs and high-quality, realistic visualizations. • Execute 3D modeling and rendering projects. • Prepare 2D layouts and comprehensive working drawings. • Conduct site measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ). • Manage material selection, furniture planning, and space planning. • Conduct client meetings to collect design requirements and present finalized design concepts. • Handle design revisions and ensure projects meet client expectations. • Coordinate closely with the project and execution teams to ensure accurate implementation. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design or 3D visualization. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape, and basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator. • Competencies: Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, site measurement, and 2D drawing. Excellent client communication skills and a deep understanding of interior materials, lighting, furniture, and finishing work. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 30,000 per month.
