Intern – Client Service

Grow Bangladesh is offering an internship opportunity for the position of Client Service Intern, working remotely from home with preference for candidates based in Bangladesh. This part-time or full-time internship provides valuable hands-on experience in client communication, service promotion, and follow-up, all while working flexibly from home. The intern will be responsible for communicating with clients via chat, phone, and email, handling inbound calls, maintaining records, performing daily data entry in Excel, participating in virtual meetings, following up regularly with clients, assisting in sales promotion, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely responses. Candidates should be currently pursuing or have completed a BBA or a related discipline, possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and be comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp Web. A confident, target-oriented, self-motivated female candidate who can work independently is ideal.
