Key Responsibilities: • Manage resort IT systems, network, and hardware maintenance. • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll, staff attendance, and employee relations. • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. • Maintain staff records and conduct performance evaluations. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HRM, or related field. • Experience: 3–5 years of combined experience in IT support and HR management. • Attributes: Proficiency in office software, strong analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.
