IT Personnel

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, and servers. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure proper functioning of production-related IT systems and software. Provide technical support to staff and departments. Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrade of IT systems. Maintain IT records, licenses, and documentation. Monitor IT security, backups, and data integrity. Location: Karnaphuli EPZ, Chittagong, Bangladesh Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of relevant IT experience Experience in shoe factory IT systems preferred Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication skills.
